We've helped over 10,000 Gold Coast locals recover from injury for more than 20 years, but we've noticed one thing that hasn't changed in that time - many kids never learn the movement skills and strength training that help prevent injury (and improve athletic performance).
We wanted to change that. That's why we've created the Adjust Youth Membership.
To celebrate it's launch, we're offering the Initial Gym Consultation gap-free (with eligible private health insurance) or half price just $102.50 (for families without insurance).

Your child keeps picking up injuries or niggles that interrupt their sport, and you're worried they'll keep coming back.
They're training and playing regularly but aren't getting stronger, faster or more confident, and you're not sure what they're missing.
You'd love a gym where either your family can train together, or your child can attend a supervised class by themselves, but most gyms aren't designed to cater for this.
You're in the right place. Here's what our Youth Membership includes.

Strength Testing
All memberships start with an Initial Gym Consult to discuss your child's goals & collect baseline tests to measure performance against.

Youth Strength Program
From the baseline tests, your child will be placed into the age-appropriate Youth Program Level to suit their ability & stage of development.

Structured Progress
Each Level has structured 4 week block progressions & re-testing points to measure improvements throughout the program.

Gym Access
Members can utilise our gym space to complete their program independently any time during our opening hours. Adult supervision is required for members under 16yrs.

VIP Rates
All members get 25% off all Adjust 1x1 services including physio, exercise physiology & remedial massage sessions.

Unlimited Classes
Attend unlimited Supervised Rehab Classes where our Physios & EP's are on hand to supervise & coach (including those under 16 years).
For a limited time, we are offering families the Initial Gym Consultation gap-free or half price to the first 20 people who book.
Click the button below and answer a few quick questions about your child's sporting goals, injury history and training experience. This helps us match you with the right clinician before your appointment.
One of our friendly team members will contact you to arrange a suitable time for your Initial Gym Consultation. During the session, we'll assess movement, discuss goals and determine the most appropriate starting point for your child.
At the end of your consultation, simply swipe your eligible private health card for a gap-free appointment. Families without private health insurance will receive 50% off the consultation fee.
If the Youth Membership is the right fit, we'll help you get everything set up so your child can begin the program and start building strength, confidence and performance from the following week.
Our Youth Membership is suitable for school-aged children and teenagers who want to improve strength, movement quality, confidence and sporting performance. During the Initial Gym Consultation, we'll determine whether the program is suitable for your child.
No. While many of our members participate in organised sport, the Youth Membership is also suitable for young people wanting to build strength, improve fitness, develop confidence or establish health exercise habits.
Yes. Research shows that appropriately supervised strength training is safe and beneficial for children and adolescents. Every program at Adjust is designed and supervised by Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, with exercises matched to your child's age, ability & stage of development.
Absolutely! Many of our members are new to strength training. We start with an Initial Gym Consultation before teaching the fundamentals of movement and lifting technique in a supportive environment.
In many cases, yes. Because our programs are supervised by Physios & Exercise Physiologists, exercises can often be modified to accommodate injuries or rehabilitation. We'll discuss this during the Initial Gym Consultation.
Yes. One of the unique benefits of Adjust is that parents can join as a member and complete their own personalised exercise program while their child completes their Youth Program. Families can train together in the same supportive environment, or children can attend supervised sessions independently.
We recommend attending two supervised sessions per week to achieve the best results and allow for consistent progression through the program.
The Youth Membership costs $49 per week which includes the program, full gym access and unlimited supervised class sessions.
Yes. The Youth Membership has an initial 12-week commitment, allowing enough time to develop good movement habits, build strength & achieve meaningful progress.
After the initial 12 weeks, your membership continues on a rolling basis. If you decide to cancel, we simply require 4 week's notice either by a phone conversation or in writing to your practitioner.
Yes. 10% Concession Discounts are available for eligible Health Care Card holders. Family Group Discounts are available when two or more active family memberships are held with Adjust. Our team can discuss which discount applies during your consultation.
In many cases, yes. If your child has the appropriate funding, it may be used towards the Youth Membership. Every plan is different, so our administration team will work through your individual situation with you and let you know what is available.
Yes. Memberships can be placed on hold for medical reasons (with a valid medical certificate) or travel of two weeks or more (up to a maximum of 12 weeks). We ask for 4 week's notice for planned travel.

No. Strength training for young athletes is about developing movement quality, technique & confidence before increasing resistance. Every exercise is prescribed & progressed by our clinical team, ensuring your child is always training at an appropriate level for their age & ability.
For 20 years we've been helping Gold Coast locals overcome pain, recover from injury, and move with confidence. Our physios take the time to properly assess your issue, explain what’s going on, and guide you through a clear plan, not just a quick fix.
